We want you to be fully satisfied with your Scrolly purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund upon approval.

Return Guidelines

Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:

1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Condition: Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
3. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please access your customer account on our store.

After opening the account page:

1. Enter the email address used to place your order and click Continue.
2. You will receive a six-digit verification code by email.
3. Enter the code on the website to access your account.

Once you are logged in:

1. Find the order that you want to return.
2. Click Request return next to the order.
3. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you wish to return.
4. Choose a return reason and optionally leave a note.
5. Click Request return to submit the request.

If your return request is approved and the return requires shipping, you will receive an email with further instructions. Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Malfunctioning Devices

If you experience a technical issue or malfunction with your Scrolly device, you are entitled to a free return and full refund, even after the initial 30-day return period. Please contact support@scrollyapp.io for warranty claims.
