Standard Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Scrolly purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Guidelines:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please access your customer account on our store.

You can sign in to your account using the account page where all your orders are listed and returns can be requested.

After opening the account page:

  1. Enter the email address used to place your order and click Continue.

  2. You will receive a six-digit verification code by email.

  3. Enter the code on the website to access your account.

Once you are logged in:

  1. Find the order that you want to return.

  2. Click Request return next to the order.

  3. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you wish to return.

  4. Choose a return reason and optionally leave a note.

  5. Click Request return to submit the request.

If your return request is approved and the return requires shipping, you will receive an email with further instructions.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Malfunctioning Devices:

If you experience a technical issue or malfunction with the Scrolly device, you are entitled to a free return and refund, even after the initial 30-day return period.
